Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing technical assistance to Agents, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Executives dedicated to servicing and maintaining our Healthcare Services Division clients.  This role is considered the core of the team and vital to overall success.  

                  This Job Description identifies and evaluates the major duties and responsibilities required of this position; however, it does not necessarily include all details of the position.  TIS Healthcare Services reserves the right to assign additional duties as the need arises.

 

Relevant Qualifications: 

Understanding flow of new and renewal business between Producers, Account Management Team and Marketing.

Knowledgeable of ordering loss runs from HCS partner carriers and creating loss summaries with up to 5 years history.

Efficiently work within our Agency Management System (AMS 360) related to data entry, creating schedules and working with ACORD applications.

Knowledge of all computer programs utilized by TIS such as AccuraImage, ScanSoft PDF, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. and Work In Progress.

Ability to set priorities and provide assistance in an efficient and effective, cordial working relationship with Account Executives, Account Managers, Technical Assistant Team, Marketing and Producers. 

Primary Duties and Essential Functions:

Order loss runs as per HCS Renewal Procedures and Guidelines

Prepare accurate loss summaries for each line of insurance within referenced Guidelines

Create Nursing Home Compares

Mod Master

Print/Scan documents and attach to AccuraImage and WIP 

Create Renewal Packets as per Guidelines

Automobile ID Cards

Certificate (COI's and EPI) Issuance if Account Management Template has been created

Policy Change Request/Updating of AMS per Account Management Instruction

Rating, Construction and Protection (RCP) and Flood Zone Reports enter online to request

Proposals Provide support as needed to Marketing and Account Management including additional data analysis or creation of special exhibits.   

NFIP Placement of Coverage

Certificate Lists

Binders

Schedules/Summary of Insurance

Cancellations/Lost Policy Release

Renewing Policies in AMS360

Invoicing Within A/R Procedures

Submission Gathering/Preparation

"Back-up" Procedures for Division During AM Absence (Faxes, Emails, Etc)

Premium Financing Preparing PFA's

Binding Authorization

Binding Instructions

Premium Breakdowns

Surplus Lines Tax Forms

AMS360 Form Letters

AMS360 Submission Setup/Function

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for this Position:

Ability to respond with sense of urgency on time sensitive work, communicating to team as appropriate.

Personal organization and cordial communication skills necessary to understand and prioritize workload appropriately to meet timelines.

Ability to work autonomously and independently. 

Ability to review work upon completion and assess accuracy of schedules, applications and summaries. 

 Proficient in all computer programs and systems utilized by TIS such as AccuraImage, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. and WIP.
